Project Director (Construction Project Management)

Our client is a large firm of chartered quantity surveyors and project management consultants. They now have an urgent requirement for a Project Director to work in Mumbai, India. You will be a Project Manager with senior level experience, and have worked on building construction projects of high value as a Project Manager. You will need to have previous experience of project management on high rise buildings and be able to head up the teams for two high rise residential projects. You will be seconded in to clients offices so good communication and organisation skills are a must. You will have a Degree in a Construction, Building or Surveying subject, possibly be MRICS, MAPM, MICE or MCIOB qualified and maybe even have a Masters in Project Management (Construction).
